Shipping & Handling

All orders received by 12noon will be shipped the same day.  If you need your order urgently please contact us as we may be able to extend this if necessary.

All small orders are send by first class and larger trade orders are sent by courier.

Returns (refunds and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item, please return your item within 14 days. Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt/proof of purchase.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. Delivery costs will only be refunded for faulty goods.

We do not offer refunds for sale/special offer items, unless they are faulty.

 

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at

info@handle-it.co.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is fautly.
